  • 4 sessions Virtual Class
  • 60 minutes workout through Zoom
  • Form Rollers, Running Drill, Flexibility , coordination, Strength
  • Video Analysis
  • Weekly Homework


Launch date          :1st June 2020
Morning session   :Monday / Saturday (7AM -8AM)
Night session        :Monday / Sunday (7PM -8PM)

  • Students participate in these classes on his/her own terms and bear full responsibilities as to his/her fitness condition and ability to participate.
  • Pregnant ladies and those who had major injuries are not encouraged to participate.
  • Yoga mat , Running shoes, form roller and sports attire
