Program includes 

  • 4 sessions Offline Class
  • 60 minutes workout
  • Running Drill, Flexibility , coordination, Strength
  • Video Analysis
  • Weekly Homework to complete ( Drill, Strength and program)


Night session : Wednesday (7PM -8PM) Offline Kelana Jaya – Limited to 10 Pax
Night session : Saturday (7PM -8PM) Offline Desa ParkCity – Limited to 10 Pax

  • Students participate in these classes on his/her own terms and bear full responsibilities as to his/her fitness condition and ability to participate.
  • Pregnant ladies and those who had major injuries are not encouraged to participate.
