This program is curated for those who wants to maintain a healthy routine at an affordable price. Proceeds from this program will go to our coaches which are affected by this pandemic. Unable to work during this period, loss of income and unable to put food on the table for their families.

Program includes 

• Unlimited sessions in 30 Days 
• 40 minutes workout through Zoom 
• Training includes: Running Techniques/ Yoga/ HIIT/ Zumba/ Running Techniques for Kids & Adult/ Strength Training 
• Each class limit to 30 Pax for booking and must be made 1 week before.

• Students participate in these classes on his/her own terms and bear full responsibilities as to his/her fitness condition and ability to participate.
