Yoga Class


A gentle and authentic yoga class, one hour class includes :

1. Start with joint warm up to remove blockage / anti – inflammation ( pawanmukthasana series)

2. Sun salutation ( Surya namaskar) to warm up the muscles and cardio

3. Postures ( asana) to train different part of the muscles, organs and hormonal glands

4. Guided relaxation ( yoga nidra) – Restoration session for healthy muscles, reduce stress /and promote better sleep

5. Breathing exercise ( pranayama ) – to calm the mind, emotional management

6. Meditation (Dhyana ) – boost memory, learning power, creativity, healing
